he first step with us is to have a phone conversation about your property, what you’re hoping to achieve and what your needs for it are. After that we like to meet you to view the property and find out more; we pride ourselves on the strength of relationships with our owners and that starts with a friendly chat whilst you show us around. As this is a licensed real estate agency, we are guided by property industry best practice and following the meeting we’ll go away, do some research on comparable properties in the holiday rental market and come back to your with a full written and very detailed proposal which will tell you more about how we work, what rental rates we can realistically achieve and what income the property can realistically make for you.
Our holiday rental cleaning service in Australia is a regular one. All you need to do is call us in advance and let us know when the current renters are signing out. So that on the day they leave, we can send cleaners over to prepare the property for your next renter/s. The short let cleaning specialist will pay great attention to these particular areas – the bathroom, bedroom/s and kitchen area, making sure that they’re left immaculate and spotless. We also provide check-in and check-out reports with before-and-after pictures of your property’s interior so that you can see how everything looked before and after our service.
We charge a one-off onboarding fee, which covers the costs of getting your property listing set up, including but not limited to; professional photography, lockboxes, and the first initial deep clean.
From here, our pricing is charged on a percentage commission basis, so we only earn when you earn, meaning that we’re 100% aligned to optimise your property for its best performance and highest yield potential. There is a separate cleaning fee, however this is paid for by the guest.
